Zoning Administrator

The Zoning Administrator is employed by the Town to administer and enforce the Town’s Zoning Code Ordinance.

Bob Gerbers has been serving as the Town’s Zoning Administrator since 2002. His primary duties include:

• Responds to inquiries regarding zoning ordinances
• Investigates complaints
• Provides report to Town Board and Planning Commission
• Serves as a liaison to Planning Commission
• Gives notice of violations
• Enforces provisions of the Zoning Ordinance
• Makes recommendations to the Planning Commission and Town Board regarding zoning-related requests and issues
• Serves as a witness in Court regarding violations
